Question:
How do I transfer video and music files from my iTunes to Creative Zen player? I recently purchased a Creative Zen player which I love very much! I was able to transfer songs from my Music into the player. However, I am not able to transfer any songs from my iTunes library to Zen. I need step by step instructions on how to convert iTunes files so that I can transfer videos and music purchased through iTunes onto my Zen player. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Answer:

Creative Zen is compatible with MP3 and WMA (Windows Media Audio), a few models of Creative Zen can play WAV and Audible files. iTunes Music Store sells music in the formats of AAC, M4A, M4B, M4P and a videos in the formats of M4V. These files are managed and played on iTunes. All videos and some music files from iTunes are DRM protected.
